Plainly, what we keep.
h2roll.xyz is run by Adventure Finds LLC, and “we” on this page means Adventure Finds LLC. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It collects personal information only when you ask for the free guide, place an order, or write to us.
What we collect
- Your email address, and where you signed up: the page, the pop-up, or the /roll page.
- If you used the fit finder first, the sleeve size it showed you, so our follow-up email can name the right one.
- If you arrived through one of our campaign links, the campaign named in that link (for example, which post sent you). It is read from the link itself, not from a cookie or a tracker.
- When you signed up, confirmed, and which of our emails you were sent.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, kept briefly to stop the form being abused. We cannot turn it back into your address.
What we do with it
We use your email to send the roll & band guide you asked for and, once you confirm, the h2roll letter: a short welcome series, then a few emails a month — routines, and new sizes as they land. These are marketing emails. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.
If you order
Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe on its own checkout page and never reach this site. From each order we keep your name, email, shipping address, what you bought and what you paid, to make, ship and support it, and for our tax and accounting records. Your email is used for that order only: the confirmation, tracking when it ships, and one note about two weeks after it ships, asking how it fits. Reply if you like; we quote no one without asking. It does not put you on the letter.
With each order we also note the campaign link you arrived by, the page you ordered from, and the size the fit finder named, so we can tell which of our posts lead to orders. If you are also on the guide list, we use your order to skip the sizing email, since you already have your size.
If you write to us
From the contact form we keep your name, email, message, and anything you add about your studio, shop, channel, event or brand, so we can reply and keep track of the conversation. The same hashed IP as above stops the form being abused. Writing to us does not put you on the letter, and we send nothing to your address except our reply.
Who helps
Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is delivered by Resend. The list, orders and messages are stored in a Neon Postgres database, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Links to Amazon
Our Amazon buttons carry an Amazon Attribution tag. It tells Amazon the visit came from this site, so Amazon can show us how many sales the site sends: counts only, never who bought. The tag names this site, not you, and puts nothing on your device here. Once you are on Amazon, Amazon’s own privacy notice applies.
Leaving
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one tap, with no login. To have your record deleted entirely, reply to any of our emails and ask.
On your device
If you close the guide pop-up, your browser remembers that for a while (in local storage, not a cookie) so it does not keep asking. Clearing your site data resets it.
Sleeves you add to your bag are kept in local storage too, so the bag survives a reload. It empties once your order goes through.
If you arrive through a campaign link or use the fit finder, the tab remembers that campaign and size until you close it (in session storage, also not a cookie), so a sign-up or an order later in the same visit can include them. Nothing is sent unless you sign up or order.
